I am attending Sunday service at King’s Park International Church through the service of volunteer drivers. I release King’s Park International Church of 1305 Odyssey Dr., Durham, NC 27713 and Every Nation Campus at UNC and all affiliates including staff, volunteers, and drivers from any liability concerning any accidents, sickness and even death, that may occur as a result of attending this function.
